The opportunity to be up, close and personal with someone that has done it before. You will have the opportunity to meet with experiences training coordinator that will advice and guide throughout the training.
Country coordinators are responsible for selecting protege, determining qualifications for the position, orienting protege to the organization, supervising, directing, and evaluating their work.
The ideal country supervisor will serve as a mentor, sharing the pros and cons of a career in the field and giving suggestions for entering the profession. She/he will also have sufficient experience in the field to draw from and will share that experience with the protege.
The country coordinators meets with the protege on a periodically basis to guide performance, answer questions, and provide background information and resources related to the protege’s work. She/he may also help by recommending ways to enhance the protege experience.
